My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The views were breathtaking and the location in SOHO was fantastic, with upscale shops and dining just steps away. However, the service could be hit-or-miss, and some areas seemed to need a proper cleaning. Overall, while I appreciated the larger-than-average rooms and friendly staff, I think there are improvements to be made in certain aspects, particularly regarding cleanliness and dining.
